Scammells is a busy Auction room located in Norwood, and we really mean busy! 

There is little time to sit down and enjoy the passing of the day. We have a strong customer focus and help vendors to navigate packing and moving home or dealing with a deceased estate.   

Our team is as eclectic as our stock and customers, each of us have an interest in collecting something from dog tags to fine art.  

The successful candidate will have a strong team based work ethic, customer service skillset, be energetic and have an interest in auctions, art or collecting.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

POSITION BRIEF

Marketing and Comms role connects Scammells with our customers and team with creative marketing, advertising and communications across our website, email, e-newsletter, internal comms and social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create graphic and marketing assets for our

  • Social media accounts
  • Email platform
  • Internal communications emails and electronic media
  • Website (including auctions sales)
  • External Advertising vendors

Plan, implement and manage our

  • Social media accounts with regular planned posts
  • Auction website and calendar
  • External regular Emails
  • Monthly E-Newsletter

Edit and manage Video and Podcast

Work with our Google Ads supplier to create targeted campaigns

OUTCOMES

Increase our visibility and interactions on Social Media

Create consistent marketing assets

WORKING HOURS

Ideally two to three days per week in house
