While the world’s best tennis players were completing their quarantine requirements in Adelaide in January ahead of the Australian Open, breakfast radio hosts Erin & Soda from Mix 102.3 (Adelaide’s #1 station) commissioned South Australian artists Mark Lobert and Candice Thomas to create a portrait of the world’s top ranked male player Novak Djokovic

The talented duo completed the task at the radio station while the breakfast show was on air and received a glowing endorsement from Novak himself. Novak also signed the painting during his stay at North Adelaide’s brand new Majestic M Suites.

Majestic M Suites has also provided a 2 night stay in a Spa Suite with late check-out and gourmet hamper filled with SA products. The design and build of this new hospitality offering draws inspiration from the historical and aesthetic environment of North Adelaide and the surrounding South Australian Tourism regions. M Suites is a culmination of projects to-date by Majestic Hotels Group, a name synonymous with quality, originality and futures thinking. This recently opened venue housed the 7 current and former world number 1’s who quarantined in Adelaide.
